("EOG") entered into an Administrative Compliance Order on Consent ("AOC"), Docket No. CAA-06-2021-3315, with the United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") to resolve certain alleged violations of the New Mexico Administrative Code, which had been adopted into the New Mexico State Implementation Plan, and New Source Performance Standards ("NSPS"). Pursuant to the AOC, EOG agreed to specific requirements as outlined in paragraph 38 to be completed within 90 days of the AOC Effective Date (i.e., no later than May 22, 2021). EPA has received and reviewed your September 29, 2021, final letter report, required under AOC paragraph 38.c., of all work completed under the AOC.
