Henry outlined the Association's Balance Sheet, Statement of Income and Expenditures, Comparison of Actual Expenses to Budget and Duct Systems Program as of August 31, 1966. It was agreed to transfer $20, 000. from the checking account to an "interest bearing account". The Treasurer's Report is attached hereto and made part of these Minutes. A motion was made, seconded, and passed to accept the Treasurer's Report. 1967 BUDGET A motion was made, seconded and passed That the Budget for 1967 shall be in the amount - of $46,930.86. Lynch - $6, 400. 00/yr. 2h order to maintain a balanced Budget, readjustment of the 1967 dues structure was discussed. A motion was made, seconded and unanimously passed That the dues for each member, beginning January 1, 1967, be raised 17% over the present dues assessment. HEALTH St SAFETY PROGRAM WITH IDCNA The outline of the program was discussed. It was suggested that emphasis of the presentation should bo on "prevention".
