Post Office Box 2180 Houston, Texas 77001 Dear Mr. Lautner: In accordance with your request I am sending you a copy of the Harben Lectures, published in 1960. The volume on which I have been working deals with twenty experimental Subjects, and I am undertaking to cover all of these Subjects , only six of whom are mentioned in the Harben Lectures. The data obtained in the study cover all of these Subjects, including the six mentioned in the present volume, and the data obtained over a period of about twenty-five years have been assembled in tabular form. The remaining job deals especially with inhalation and these data are much more complicated than those concerned with ingestion alone. I hope to have this book finished by the end of this year, however my visual difficulties have slowed me down so much that it may take more time than I anticipate to complete the work for publication. I trust that you find much of what you need to know in the present small volume, which I am sending under separate cover. Cordially yours. RAK:di Robert A. Kehoe, J4.D. Professor Emeritus of Occupational Medicine
