Operator opened tubing master ball valve to check tubing pressure. Well showed no pressure in tubing.
Records show operator reported mechanical integrity loss on the well on 2/27/2023. EPA responded with Notice of noncompliance letter on 3/2/2023. No follow up correspondence regarding mechanical integrity status since NON issuance.
