The point about which we have all been concerned, more than the actual transfer of fluid from our drums to theirs, is the transfer of fluid in their own drums to their Colonies for the Air Service, these shipments being completely out of our control* As Mr. Bevan points out, the arrangement is most unsatisfactory in every way, but there appears to be no solution to the probleman the moment.
