We are considering preparing a proposal addressing your tender documents. We would mile to ask for a clarification related to the budget: One document indicates 315 000 DKK in total (page 1 of perandpolyfluoroalkylethers ,NORAP 2019-FINAL). In the section "Value of the contract" in another document (Annex II, description of the project) is stated: 300 000 DKK including budget for editing 8600 DKK. This leaves for fees. The document called "tender document" in the first version of this call for tender was unfortunately not the correct tender document. The correct tender document has now been uploaded and due to this the deadline to submit proposals has been extended a few days. The new deadline is now 8 May, 2019. We're sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused and look forward to receiving your proposals. Could you kindly clarify what is the final maximum amount? We understand that the value of the contract is stipulated in Annex II, "value of the contract": "The project has received 300 000.DKK from the Nordic Council of Ministers. This includes costs for publishing the report as a Nordic working paper (8600 DKK). The total sum for this project will therefore be 291 400.- DKK." To all the interested parties, as a response to a request for clarification from one of the parties: please be informed that in the tender document, on page 6, the currency "NOK" should have been "DKK". All prices are in DKK and VAT excluded. However, the tender documents asks for a price "in NOK" (p.6). Can you let us know if we need to use DKK or NOK? The tender document mentions as well that we must quote a price excluding VAT. Can you confirm that the project will be VAT excluded and the maximum amount of 300 000 DKK is indeed VAT excluded? Answer: as specified in appendix 2, annex I, point 1.4, it is possible to have a sub-contractor as long as this in agreement with for the Nordic Council of Ministers. On a general term there is no very specific reason that this should not be ok in this project and so it is possible to include a sub-contractor as a part of the offer. The subcontractor will then have a contract with the Supplier, not the Nordic council. The offer must describe which part of the project will be done by the subcontractor. Annex II page 2 is saying: The offers must contain a description of previous studies of a similar structure. Please clarify what is meant by this sentence. Answer: this means that previous experience in performing similiar projects will be important in the choice of the Supplier.
