ELECTION OF OFFICERS On behalf of the Nominating Committee, Mr. Oreffice proposed as officers of the Association for the year, those named below. ON MOTION, duly made and seconded, it was VOTED: That the following be elected for fiscal year 1982-33 to the offices indicated -- William G. Simeral, Chairman of the Board; Edwin C. Holmer, Vice Chairman of the Board; Louis Fernandez, Chairman of the Executive Committee; and Robert A. Roland, President. CMA 073752 2190 following the election of 'officers, Mr. Simeral assumed the chair APPOINTMENT OF BOARD COMMITTEES Mr. Simeral invited attention to the proposed committee appoint ments distributed to those present. ON MOTION, duly made and seconded it was VOTED; That the committee appointments, as shown in Exhibit A, be approved. 3. MEETING SCHEDULES Distributed to those present was Exhibit B, the schedule of Board of Directors and Executive Committee meetings for fiscal 1982-33. * 4. Mr. Simeral announced that in addition to the next regular meeting of the Board, which is scheduled to take place at the Silverado Country Club, Napa valley, California, Monday and Tuesday, August 30 and 31, there will be a separate session on Sunday, August 29, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. for orientation of the new Board members to explain how CMA functions and discuss the respcnsi bilities of the three Board Review Committees.
