Larsen, St. Louis attorney, who has also entered an appearance in this cause as co-counsel for the petitioner. I am sending you copies of his Petition and accompany ing correspondence. I find it a bit incredible that his reason for seeking reinstatement is to pinpoint seme studies of zinc oxide exposure made in the Soviet Union, however I will be surprised if Arbitrator Boyd does not reinstate.
