Harrington Cincinnati Office Subject: Owens-Coming Fiberglas San Francisco, California PLAINTIFFS . EXHIBIT K-971 On July 22nd we ma:'e a shipment of 100 bags of Cement. There were 73 bags packed in Fesco printed bags, and the remaining 22 bags were packed in OC-60O bags. This closes out the last of the Fesco printed bags. This stock was originally purchased about eight years ago, the original purchase. We have known for several years that our guess on the amount of Fesco tqs in error (even though it was dictated by Mr. G.J. Christner himself). We have looked forward to the day this stock of bags to be used, on West Coast shipments only would be depleted. That day finally came. ALJ/lp cc: H.F. Nunn L.D. Graves A.L. Jones UNR 000094 013868
