Agreement has now been reached for the Registry to be maintained on a worldwide basis by Dr. Francoise Drion, an environmental medicine specialist, who will be operating out of the APME offices (Association of Plastic Manufacturers in Europe). The cost for updating and maintaining the Registry will be shared jointly by the VI, ECVM and the Japan PVC Association. Bob Burnett has been asked to provide the name, mailing address and telephone number for the medical directors of each of our member companies to Dr. Drion so that she can be in contact with the appropriate individuals should questions about the current data basis and any future updates arise.
