June 6, 1960 Mr. J. R. Sabina Tel and Planning Manager E.I. dupont De Nemours & Company Incorporated Wilmington 98, Delaware Dear Mr. Sabina: I think it unlikely that there will be any divergence in the views of the persons involved in the decision about the precise form of the lead warning signs. I have not heard yet from Mr. McGregor but George Kirby of Ethyl has confirmed his approval of the suggested form in writing. An earlier letter from Mr. McGregor indicates the willingness of their people to accept this form. In view of various activities on the West Coast, X thought it desirable to check with him and to have their decision in writing. For your further information let me say that when his view has been received, if it is in agreement, this is all there is to the matter. I have cleared the policy merely of informing Dr. Price of the Public Health Service of the accomplished fact, without requesting further comment. Sincerely yours, RAK:as Robert A. Kehoe, M.
