Five EEA States are currently working on an Annex XV restriction dossier on all non-essential uses of PFAS. In July, it is expected that the 5 European States will announce the intention to prepare the restriction dossier in the Registry of Intentions in ECHA relevant website. The Commission, at this stage, is not involved in the process. We wish you success to the new collaboration opportunity with the stakeholders with the purpose of working together on PFAS issues for a non-toxic environment as announced in the Green Deal Communication.
