The plaintiff was a former"employee of Uniroyal, Inc. and Uniroyal has been named as a corporate defendant along with Vistron Corporation, American Cyanamid Company, E. I. du Pont de Nemours and company, Monsanto Company, Standard Oil of Ohio, and Continental Insurance Company. CMA has also been named as a defendant and has retained the firm of Liskow and Lewis in New Orleans to assist in our defense. Carol R.
