RE: CMA Reference VC-11.0-EHA\ENSR Project 2240003 (1410006)
Dear Ms. Browning:
This will confirm our discussion of June 11th in which we discussed ENSR's (formerly EHA) agreement with Chemical Manufacturers Association in the above referenced project. The original contract stated a not-to-exceed cost of $5,629.00. The final costs for this project exceeded the contract limit by $1,361.76. Therefore, we would like to request an amended contract amount to include the $1361.76 overrun. The cost overrun consisted of additional labor for technical assistants, research assistants and occupational physician used in requesting pathology materials and any follow-up to original requests to complete the project. Other direct costs for document retrieval, laboratory costs and telephone are also included in this overrun.
I appreciate your assistance in clearing up this matter. Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions or would like to discuss this further. Thank you very much for your prompt attention.
Sincerely yours,
