Pupils are equal and regular. React to L and A. Arcus senilus present. Negative. Some enlargement lower turbinates, but ample passage. Mucous membranes good color. Tongue furred, in midline, no tremor. Teeth poor - lower molars on left have large caries. 'Two gold crowns on upper incisors* Teeth dirty and discolored. All fairly firm. Gums infected. Recession about lower incisors, particularly lower centrals where gums are boggy and exudate expressed.
