Environmental Protection Agency. Therefore, all future correspondence concerning the applicability, reporting requirements, and enforcement of the NESHAP regulations need only be directed to the Bureau. The Notice of Violation sent to Conoco in January, 1980, by EPA is still an open issue with EPA and must be resolved by EPA. Therefore, additional information may be requested of you by EPA concerning the Notice of Violation. We are reviewing actions that have been taken by the company as a result of releases to determine if appropriate measures have been taken to prevent such releases in the future.
