Company Ownership: The facility's Cleao Air Act permit was listed under the name of its former owner, Galesburg Hospital Corporation, at the time of the inspection. Ownership of the facility was traosferred in 2005 aod again in 2016 to most recently Quorum Health Corporation. Process Description: The permitted incinerator aod ethylene oxide sterilizers have not been in operation for over 10 aod 7 years respectively. The facility is currently in the process of submitting ao updated permit application to Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. The 3 natural gas boilers were installed in the 1970' s aod are inspected annually. Two of the boilers have upgraded burners. An underground diesel storage tank is available as backup aod the diesel is tested annually. TOUR INFORMATION EPA toured the facility: No Photos and/or Videos: were not taken during the inspection.
