He seemed interested in the asbestos slurry going on-site o 101 and 103, and he photographed site 103. The inspector noted and photo graphed one bag in the waste asbestos bin which did not have a code tag from CA or an "asbestos-hazard" label. Another bag in the same bin was photographed which was not closed. -- We may receive some reprimand for the open bag and the non-labeled bag of waste asbestos.
