As we discussed this afternoon, given my prior experience on similar issues, I believe it is important to take a hard look at the technical feasibility of installing emissions capture/control systems on wine fermenters in light of the potential impacts on product character and quality. I have already asked for a meeting with our Region 9 colleagues to gain a better understanding of the situation. I'm sure we will talk again soon.
