Mr. Stanley Earle, Engineer, Inspection Department, Associated Factory Mutual Fire Insurance Cos., 184 High Street, * Boston 10, Mass.
Dear Mr. Earle:
I am in receipt of your letter of November 1, concerning the flammable properties of Ethyl Fluid and tetraethyl lead. The information which you require is available in the hands of the technical staff of Ethyl Corporation, I believe, and, they are in much better position to answer your questions in an authoritative manner than I am. I * take it that Mr. Moseley of the Ethyl Corporation was thinking of certain properties of tetraethyl and Ethyl Fluid from the hygienic point of view, and therefore directed you to me. I in turn am directing your letter to the attention of Mr. John Schaefer of the manufacturing 'department of the Ethyl Corporation, with the request that he reply directly. I have no doubt you will hear from M r . Schaefer or one of his associates at an early date.
Very truly yours,
EAK ef
