Lear Vaughn : The form letter attached hereto has been 3ent out to quite a number of members of the American Industrial Hygiene Association. I am particularly anxious to get together;a good program this year and I should like to have some offerings from University groups so as to have some fair representation of the Universities in what vill otherwise be a series of papers mostly from industrial research organizations. I would appreciate it very much if you would call the attention of various persons in your group to the fact that program material is being :solicited and that their offerings will be given careful consideration in making up the program for this iyear. I am n o t 1sure how familiar you are with these meetings, bui; I have no hesitation in expressing my own opinion by saying that the technical and scientific sessions of the American lud trial Hygiene Association have containe seme of the most valuable contributions that have been made to the theory and practice of Industrial hygiene. There have been more real investigation and information, and m o i e ;original thought in connection with these pro grams for tne past several years than have been repre sented in any other scientific meetings that I have had occasion ;to a ttend .
