However, because of the quick turnaround for this, we do need to start the process of reaching out to the guests who were originally registered for the event so that we can have a preliminary idea, by Monday afternoon, of how our numbers look. So, while we will not yet be putting the rescheduled event on our website, or announcing/promoting it in the traditional sense, we do, at the very least, need to email our original guest to give them the opportunity to confirm their attendance. That way, come next week, we'll have a preliminary idea of how many seats (if any) are open, at which point we can reach out to our other members who were not able to register due to the high demand.
