June -William Browning received an electrical shock from a dry blend feeder motor due to improper procedure-FA. -Tyrus Hardin suffered a back strain while filling a one gallon oil container-OSHA(RWC). July -Deevie Rambus cut his finger when his rigging failed dropping a small reactor seal cartridge houslng-OSHA. -Ken Birck cut his arm on pipe fittings while ROL sampling-FA. -Willie White jammed his finger while picking up material from the line I Mill pan-FA. -Frank Jeanson burned his arm on a temporary steam tracing time while doing RPL sampling-FA. -Willie White got hot powder in his eyes when an oversized batch was dumped on an overfilled Mi11-FA. -J.W.
