This report will place on record further attempts to use anti-skinning agents, namely, VH- 5259* in Trade Sales Oil Colors, Three batches of 501-419, Oil Color Burnt Umber were prepared and contained 0, 0,1, and 0,2 Lbi/gal, of VH-5259 res pectively , Three batches of 501-602 French Ochre in oil were ` also prepared, and contained 0, 0,25 and 0,50 lb,/gal, of VH-5259 respectively. Representative samples of eaah batch of oil color were placed in half-pint oans for observance of shelf stability. Each series of oans included a tightly sealed can, a loosely - lidded oan, and a can with a nail hole punched, in the lid.
