Hooker Fibre sales continue to equal aloe yield, thus, orders of record for }T and 3Z fibre cannot be shipped at this tine.
Our Group U supply (versus resale orders) should allow interplant shipments of 200 tons (minimus) Grade LT per month, effective August, 1965.
Group 5 stocks are now realily available and all interplant requlrenenta should be supplied by Vermont, prior to the purchase of fibre iron Canada.
Group 6 fibre, in an "over supply" position, han been reduced, due to heavy ioterplant usage, plus shipment of 1*00 tons to domestic consumers during July, 1965. Inventory has been reduced to 1,050 tone, and sales will continue to explore all potential outlets for sale of this "Surplus" stock.

Vsgotiatione with Philip Carey for sola of Taraoot 6d and poreboss of Coray 7R (Floortile grade) wara complatad July JO, 1965. This should eliminate the "ovsreupply" of 60 stocks, and avoid oar using Vermont fibre for floortila. (Hasaits of sample 7TS (fl6k-2A) still not conclusive. Carey expect to purchase an average of 300 tons 60 per nonth, August 194$ forward.
Group 7 fibre* excluding 7M* are in balance. The 7H stock pile has bean reduced to 680 tons and we continue to e xplore all channels of sale for this product. Tha results ef tests of ?1S (76U-2A) shipped to Newburgh, are not complata as of this date* thus* relief of "shorts" supply for floortile products is not an acoaptad outlet at this tiae. -
Vo new developments of availability of an laproved Float (7TF) at thla time. We are awaiting installation of Bauer equipment as approved on latest I.A. and will report prog ress in sales potential of new Float* if and when samples are available (our report of June/65 still stands).
