Williams As per our phone conversation today, X am sending two special samples from Snow Creek. These samples are labeled as follows: 1. Snow Creek 1 block below plant - November 6, 1969 2. Snow Creek and Choccolocco Creek confluence - November 6, 1969 These samples were taken after a line failure which caused a spill in the Aroclor department and should reflect the P.C.B. level in the creek under the most severe conditions.
