One case of active tuberculosis was discovered and the employee hospitalized as a result of our survey examinations and health follow up. Two of the four previously hospitalized were discharged and returned to work during the year. The other two are making satisfactory progress. The matter of lead exposure has been carefully watched during the year. Dust counts taken by Brake Shoe Medical Department show our ex posure to be negligible.
