While EPA maintains the ECHO database, the state provides the data and can therefore explain the actions/dates. There appear to be four violations in 2017 compliance periods. Is that correct? It's somewhat confusing as the compliance period is 2017, but the "state administration/compliance order with penalty issued" is listed as 2016. Sierra Club v.
