Process Description: The facility started in 1999 and operates continuously for 24 hours during 5 days of the week. Various concentrated solutions of methanol, propylene glycol, sodium hypochlorite, and glycerin are diluted with water to create different types of cleaning solutions. Plastic bottles that are produced at the facility are filled with the cleaning solutions, capped, and shipped to retail centers. The plastic bottle manufacturing lines melt high-density polyethylene pellets at 350 Fin a toaster and pour the liquid into bottle molds that are then cooled.
