Subjoct: Asbestos Honproductipn Materials Utilization Survey
The Corporation is conducting a reexamination of nonproduction asbestos uees
in all plants, in view of recent government abatements and future intent to
control asbestos use. Accordingly, attaohed are Corporate prepared instructions
and survey forms that are to be completed and returned by May 22, 1980. Special
care should be taken .to ensure accuracy and completeness of the Asbestos Survey
forms.
