I am sure it will be no surprise to you that I approve of this heartily, but I want also to extend my congratulations to whomever may be responsible for the exercise of this good judgment. One realises that there was a time when this sort of performance may have been necessary. I am certainly glad that it has been decided that there is no such further necessity.
