Susan Pastor David Seely Complaint - Summit Equipment & Supplies Superfund Site
Hi Inspector General's Office,
I am the founder of national EPA watch dog firm SuperfundResearch.org, a ,org that has traveled the country investigating corruption and malfeasance in the Superfund project, for many years.
I am writing to you to today to understand how I can begin the process of filing a formal complaint against several Region 5 EPA employees and an "investigator" named Alisa Walton at Region 6.
We are alleging that in 2013 my organization released a short film about the Summit Equipment & Supplies Superfund site. The short film was marketing using zip code marketing to the affected community, with a target audience of 1,000 people, that secured 20,000 views, generated over a thousand signatures on a petition, and a community of 800 people on a Facebook Fan Page demanding answers from the US EPA about the what our investigation has concluded, since the release of the film, is a botched Superfund clean up.
I am alleging that in spite of the community outcry and a personal visit from myself to the Region 5 EPA making them aware of the community outcry that Susan Pastor, David Seely, willfully and knowingly participated in a conspiracy of events meant to silence my organization.
I am alleging that thirteen days after my visit to the Region 5 EPA that the Superfund director lied on public record and said, "There is no concern from the community" as there was no less than three petitions running at the same time.
Susan Pastor failed to do her job as community relations officer, then attempted to fabricate complaints against me, in an effort to charge me with a crime for demanding that she do her job as community relations officer for Ohio.
In spite of such volumes of public demand, David Seely, for twelve years, has failed to respond to repeated enquiries from our organization and that he has enacted a pattern of corrupt and dishonest behavior in regards to the SES Superfund site. He has fabricated reports that the clean up is "on schedule" and "continues to protect the public health." He has lied to local residents and threatened them when he has been on the site for testing, telling anyone who asks him questions, "This is private property. If you don't leave you will be arrested."
I am alleging that after I visited the Region 5 EPA, without incident, that Region 5 EPA employees sent false

statements to numerous EPA offices stating there was "minor incident" and that I should be denied access to all EPA offices.
The actions of Alisa Walton, EPA investigator, who called me, threatened me with an investigation, as one of her counter parts on the phone screamed, "We'll find you!!" The timing of this was odd because the cause had been over for an entire year, but I had recently scored national attention. The day after my work was released nationally, suddenly I was being investigated.
I am alleging that in 2014 that Region 5 EPA press relations issued multiple false statements to WEWS ABC News, claiming Nesmith Lake had been tested, when the Ohio EPA director already stated that the lake had not been tested. Region 5 EPA worked in a concerted effort with WEWS to issue a hit piece designed to discedit our statements, even though to this day, no one has ever asked us for evidence or investigated any of our claims.
We believe because CERCLA has already been enforced in this case and damages collected that the Regon 5 is treating the SES site as an orphaned site with no PRP and has fast tracked this botched clean up for removal because there is no left to bill for any further clean up efforts that arose due to negligence on the part of the Regon 5 EPA.
The issues that later occurred in Flint have highlighted the actions of these EPA officials and have shone a spotlight on the sheer lack of regard for human life demonstrated by the Region 5 EPA. They have shown us, and the Inspector General has confirmed that Region 5 failed to act.
Susan Pastor is a liar, a criminal, and a danger to the health and safety of the residents of Ohio and Wisconsin and that her and everyone connected with the series of events at the SES site, over the last several years, should be forced to resign.
If the Inspector General's Office can please provide assistance it would be greatly appreciated. I also need to notify you that there is currently a documentary in production, that is being filmed as I type this, exposing the above story and publicly demanding Susan Pastor's resignation.
