Dear Mr. Kelleher: On August 30,2004, groundwater from the Eamhart Hills Public Water System was sampled and perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) concentrations determined. Groundwater sampled included an after treatment sample, a duplicate after treatment sample, a before treatment sample, and four production well samples (W3 through W6).
