Attached for your information are copies of the PCB inventory documents by plant site for plants in your respective operating units.
These two forms, F - PCBs and PCB Items Stored for Disposal G - PCBs and PCB Items in Service
when added to your past site PCB records as the summary for the calendar year ending December 31 (in this case, 1982), provide the basis for the site "annual document." The annual document is required to be updated by July 1 of each year.
Each site must maintain these records for five years after all PCB use
and storage has ceased. The documents are not required to be submitted
to EPA but must be available for inspection by EPA upon demand.
'
These records may be of interest in assessing the magnitude of the PCB concerns at your various plant sites. Retain or destroy at your conve nience. (I do not maintain copies of these records since they are avail able at each plant.) You may wish to pass these on to the appropriate Environmental Control Managers since they might not have seen plant copies.
