I am extremely concerned about this trend. Please review your reactive chemicals procedures and make sure your teams are sensitive to this most critical area. It is our responsibility to ensure that chemicals are handled in a safe manner. Kevin Johnson is looking at our overall reactive chemicals program for any changes that are needed for the long haul. My immediate concern is that we reverse the trend we are on QUICKLY!
