We manufacture rubber products (hoses, tubes and O-rings) using fluororubber. It is variously used in fuel system, heat resistance application and food application. The features of fluororubber material are heat resistance (150 or more) , oil resistance at high temperature (edible oil and general hydraulic oil ) and chemical resistance (acid resistance). If we use other rubber materials, the life length of them will noticeably short. So we use fluororubber producets in consideration of use environment. 1. Use application (1) Fuel tube and hose It is used for piping that supplies fuel (gasoline and diesel fuel) around engine of automobiles, construction machinery and agricultural machinery. Considering the use environment, it is necessary to have fuel oil resistance feature. In addition, considering the recent environmental problems, we need to reduce fuel evaporation. This is because fuel evaporation causes environmental pollution. (2)Fryer hose for professional use Fluororubber hose is used for the return piping of filtration edible oil (high temperature edible oil and silicone oil). Considering high temparature use environment, it is necessary to have heat resistance and edible oil resistance features. (3)Exhaust gas piping for air conditioning and generator Fluororubber tube and hose is used in the piping which exhaust gas through for air conditioning and generators in consideration of vibrational absorption. It is necessary to have heat resistance, oil resistance and acid resistance features in consideration of use environment in high temperature. (4)Rubber packing for thermo-hygrostat Fluororubber tube and fluororubber round code are used for oven which is used in high temperature use environment. It is necessary to have heat resistance and oil resistance feature in consideration of use environment in high temperature. (5)Rubber joints for vessels (hydraulic pressure) It is used as rubber joints of high temperature oil for vessel equipment and engine. It is necessary to have heat resistance and oil resistance feature. This is because it is used to transfer high (6t)eAmntpi-evriabtruarteionoilmaantderaiablssofrobrvviebsrasetilosns on piping. It is used as anti-vibration material of piping for high temperature fluid in the vessels. It is necessary to have oil resistance feature in the case oil from outside adhere on it under the environment of high temperature fluid piping. (7)Transfer pad It is used to transfer packing material. It is necessary to have heat resistance feature, this is because use environment is high temperature. 2. Social impact and alternative information We use fluororubber in various applications as mentioned above. This is because fluororubber has better heat resistance, oil resistance and chemical resistance feature than other rubber materials. If we use other material which doesn't have heat resistance, oil resistance and chemical resistance feature, following fatal flaws may happen. These fatal flaws affect use environment and health impairment. leakage damage to tube and hose leakage from sealing part It is difficult to substitute for metal piping because fluororubber can absorb vibration which metal piping cannot absorb when transfering fluids. If we substitute for metal piping especially for fuel tube and hoses, fuel oil peremeability resistance feature to peremeability regulation isn't enough and fire may occur from leakage. Regarding fryer hose for professional use, exhaust piping, rubber joints and anti-vibration materials, if we use rubber materials which don't have heat resistance, oil resistance and chemical resistance feature, high temperature fluid may scatter and affect to human health. In addition, it is necessary to be rubber materials because rubber materials can absorb vibration more than metal piping. For reference, we will attach the comparative testing result between fluororubber and other rubber materials in section V. There is a significant difference in volume change rate, hardness change and compression set in the comparative testing result. If we don't use fluororubber material, performance deterioration will happen in permanence feature. Silicone rubber for heat resistance and NBR/acrylic rubber for oil resistance are considered for alternative information. However, there is no material that has both heat resistance and oil resistance feature in the rubber material which is in market. In the case of multiple use application, for example transfer oil with over 150 use temperature, it is necessary to exclude restriction.
