Shattuck, Treasurer 4 Silk Street Boston, Massachusetts Dear Mr. Shattuck; My office has noted that the gift from the Lead Industries Association for the use of Dr* Aub and Dr* Fairhall, of which $3,000. has been received, has been put under Idle School of Public Health funds. That is quite natural because the so-called "Lead Fund" used to be in the School of Public Health and I did not explain in my letter of October Gth to you that this was specifically a gift to the Medical School. It does not seem to me a matter of very great importance, but technically this money should be put down as Medical School money, rather than as School of Public Health money. If you feel that it is important to follow that point, the money should be noted as being under the Medical School funds, rather titan under the School of Public Health funds.
