E. Fulmer T. J. Zaremba vs. Ford Motor Company The subject employe was employed at Ford Motor Company from 1/13/41 until 11/5/76 and was granted a disability retirement on 7/1/77. He last worked as a Quality Control Superintendent at the Livonia Transmission Plant. He subsequently filed a Workers* Compensation suit against the Company alleging exposure to grinding dust, asbestos, welding fumes, metal plating fumes, smoke and other atmospheric pollutants. The trial which was scheduled for 5/lk/BO has been postponed to 6/4/80 at which time we must present the rest of our case. Staff Attorney P. J. Welch feels our best defense in the case is to clear the Livonia Plant of foul air while Mr. Zaremba worked here and has requested your testimony at the trial. Mr. Welch asks that you be on standby on the trial date of 6/4/80 and he will call on that date with the time to appear in the court of James Coss located on the 13th floor of the State of Michigan Plaza Building at 1200 Sixth Street in Detroit.
