I just wanted to confi rm a couple of the poi nts we di s c u s s e d . I have us down for 11:00 am on themorni ng ofMarch 1 4 t h . Thetwo issues we would like to di scuss are air emi ssi on reporti ng from 1 ivestock farms(CERCLA) and thepath forward on Waters of the U.S. ( W O T U S ) . We have several livestock p r o d u c e r s , poultry p r o d u c e r s , and one pork producer in the group so the CERLCA discussion will certainly be of i n t e r e s t . Obviously, WOTUS impacts al1 f a r m e r s . We have several row crop producers in the group as well, so one other issue w a y may want to touch on is biotech approvals and the coordination between the EPA, FDA, U S F W S , etc. for new technologi e s . We are certai nly open to other topi cs that you may suggest as well. I didn't ask yesterday, but is there any chance the Admi ni strator may be able to speak briefly to the group? I di d submi t the request form you guys sent down a couple of weeks a g o . You menti oned hi s vi sits to the states and we were fortunate to have him vi si t a cattl e farm in Alabama thi s past s u m m e r . He di d an outstandi ng j o b . I would 1ove for our farmers in thi s group to be able to meet hi m briefly if possible. As a remi nder, there are a total of 18 persons in our group. There are 16 farmers and two staff p e r s o n s . The farmers are neari ng the end of a two-year leadershi p development program and they will be vi si ti ng several agencies and the American Farm Bureau while in town that week.
