On April 24, 2024, the Environmental Protection Agency Region 4 Air Enforcement Branch conducted a Clean Air Act Title II inspection of the Dale County Diesel LLC. facility located in Daleville, Alabama. We have enclosed the final inspection report generated for this inspection (Enclosure 1).
The EPA previously sent Dale County Diesel LLC a copy of the draft inspection report in an email dated June 5, 2024, allowing Dale County Diesel LLC the opportunity to make any comments on the report and to claim any information contained in the report as confidential business information (CBI). In an email on June 7, 2024, Dale County Diesel LLC notified the EPA that the company does not wish to claim any part of the inspection report as CBI.
