KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that WHEREAS, a certain silo was constructed and sold by MOKTEAGLB SILO COMPANY using materials supplied by, among others, MONSANTO to R. E. Grantham et al___________________________________ (owners) and erected on the premises known as trantham s Dairy Rt. 1 Douglas Oa. * ' \ (address) and it has been claimed that said silo as constructed, represented or sold was unsatisfactory or defective; WHEREAS, MONTEAGLE SILO COMPANY and MONSANTO, without admitting that said silo was misrepresented or defective in any way or that it has any liability to any person, firm or organization, has agreed to refinish the interior of said siJ.o in full settlement of any and all claims; NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises in the foregoing, and other good and valuable considerations, the undersigned do hereby release and forever discharge MONTEAGLE SILO COMPANY and MONSANTO from all claims, demands, actions and causes of actions whatsoever which the undersigned ever had, now have or which their successors hereafter shall or may have, for or by reason , of or in any manner growing out of the construction or sale of said silo, quality or fitness of the aforesaid silo or representations or warranties made regarding said silo.
