Attached is the requested form. There will be approx. 300. There will be other speakers. The others are being worked out but I know AG Mike Hunter, Representative Henke and Senator Smalley will be on the agenda. We are doing lunch from 11 :30 - 12:30 then the program at 12:30 followed by a reception at 1:30 pm.
