Stuber aentionecl that he had recently had a case of some trouble in tank cleaning in India. Also, as a word of caution, he had found out that when tanks had been cleaned of leaded gasoline to the extent that they could safely store alcohol it could not be assumed that they had been cleaned sufficiently for the storage of most soluble oils such as edible oils somewhat soluble to tri-Fthyl salts.
