This court order had required the EPA to rescind previously granted two year extensions in the deadline for achieving ambient air quality standards. New Jersey has stated that it could not meet the April 15 deadline and would not Submit its revised plans before the end of July, plans of states, other than these seven, have not yet been disclosed.
