Shipping weight of the PCB item, packing, and drum was 59.4 kilograms (131 pounds). b) There has never been any PCB containing transformers in the VCM Plant. c) The only PCB capacitor in the VCM Plant was removed and disposed of as described in 1. above. 2) The PCB capacitor was shipped to the following for disposal: Waste Management of Alabama dba Resource Indistries of Alabama Hwy. 17 at Milepost 163 Emelle, AL 35469 This facility is owned and operated by: Chemical Waste Management, Inc. 2131 Kingston Court S.E., Suite 112 Marietta, GA 30067 3)/ There are no other PCB's, PCB items, or PCB containers, remaining / in service in the VCM Plant.
