Rozand F. Toca Attached are the area summaries, summaries of excursions above 1, 5, 25 and 100 ppm VCM and a listing of all excursions observed at or above 100 ppm VCM. The plant was in operation seven days for this report period operating at about 100% utilization. Point #2 on the Pilot Plant Analyzer was relocated from the Lift station to the Boiler House at 1200 hours on December 29, 1975. The following summaries are taken from a tabulation of 25% of the data or one set of readings per hour. The Reactor Building showed 674 readings > 1 ppm, 7 excursions > 25 ppm and 1 reading > 100 ppm. The Pilot Plant showed 151 readings >1 ppm, 5 excursions> 25 ppm and no readings >100 ppm. The General Area showed 122 readings > 1 ppm, 11 excursions> 25 ppm and no readings >100 ppm. The Lift Station showed 36 readings >1 ppm and no excursions > 25 ppm. The Parshall Flume showed 47 readings >1 ppm and no excursions ^25 ppm. All readings greater than or equal to 100 ppm are tabulated in Table IV. Seventeen readings at or above 100 ppm occurred during this report period reflecting six separate incidents. Five incidents occurred in the Reactor Building affecting the center aisle first and second floors, number 1 and 2 slurry transfer pumps, panelboard, stripper #1 platform, knock out pots. West wall between the old styrene tanks, South wall, stairwell anteroom and the defoamer tanks. One incident occurred at the Pilot Plant centrifuge.
