Decisions made at the meeting include: Approval of the 4Q03 financial report. Study is on budget. 1Q04 financial report to be reviewed May 14. Decision to not invoice sponsors in 04. Study has enough money to fund through 04 and well into 05. Decision on 05 by June 15. Outreach plan for 3rd party stakeholders outlined. Significant event for planning is the Benzene Symposium in Munich in October where the investigators will be presenting papers. Consortium/API contract amendment terms agreed: Payment of committed funds will be decided by the OC; not put in the contract. Invoice plan due by June 15 for each year. Shares will be allocated based on 1 share per $500K contribution. Shell will have 8 of 41 shares. Shell voted against this option based on guidance from management to vote for option 1 which added 1 share to each company that provided additional funding.
