There are still some copies remaining, should you need others. As you are aware, from our exchanges during the summer, the two reports on TML are being published shortly in the AMA Archives. They will have a much wider distribution, therefore, through: this medium, and will also be permanently in the literature of the field, whereas these and almost all other special reports are lost after a comparatively short time. . As to the extension of the work done in surveying your Company's employees, there is, I believe, one point, of significance. The issue could be raised - I think it unlikely that it will - that, in time, the absorption of lead which was too small to measure in this investigation (because of the relative brevity o the situation), may reach measurable proportions. There is no answer to this other titan that obtained by observation. We have good evidence that this will not occur, but this physiological evidence may not be acceptable to hard nosed critics. Frankly, X have little interest in pursuing such an investigation, but it might turn out later to be advisable. There is no point, so far as I can see in raising the issue at this time.
