INTER.OFFICE CORRESPONDENCE PERSONAL EtHTTL Ga s o l in e Co r p o r a t io n Ch r y s l e r Bu il d in g 135 Ea s t 42n d St r e e t NEW YORK August 31, 1932. Dr. R A. Kehoe, Dear Dr Kehoe: Regarding the lH^l^case, we have had several prelimi nary contacts with the attorneys appointed by the family but there have not been any very significant developments as yet, except there is an indication that if they feel there is any possibility of being at all success ful in bringing an action against us, that this will probably be done. In order to have our files complete, in a discussion with Mr. Webb yesterday, we both thought it woula be desirable to have a copy of your Department's complet e record on the case. I believe that Bob visited your laboratory on several occasions, and of course Dr. Schradin attended him at the last. If you would please let us have copies of your complete history we would like to have them here in New York and I will assure you they wi11 be kept in my confidential files for perusal only by the officers of the company end possibly our attorneys. With best regards. Sincerely yours.
