Colangelo Workers' Compensation Claims The Sherwin-Williams Company 101 Prospect Avenue, N.W. Cleveland, Ohio 44115-1075 Examiner Re; Claimant Claim No Dear Tony: 831618-22 REDACTED Enclosed is a copy of Dr. Fowler's report which we requested to clarify the aggravation issue in the abovereferenced claim. Unfortunately, he concludes that the chemical exposure did aggravate his angina. In addition, he makes the statement that claimant is prevented from returning to his previous employment, in part, by the underlying lung disease "which might well be aggravated and in turn aggravate the angina." In his prior report he had stated that the cardiac disability had not aggravated any other condition which he may have. Please call me if you have any questions. I will keep the report in our file. I also enclose Dr. Fowler's statement for services rendered which I trust you will put in line for direct payment to Dr. Fowler. Very truly yours, YW/pm Enclosures cc: Thomas M.
